The videos are available in different formats which may need different players depending on what kind of Operating System you have.
The Windows Media (WMV)files can be watched while ther are being downloaded. To do this you will need to download and install the Windows Media Player from Microsoft.
The AVI and MPG files usually have better quality because the are designed to be played locally. As a result they are usually much larger and must be downloaded first.
The AVI file can be played with the Windows Media Player, Real Player and Apple QuickTime Player.
The MPG seems to favour the Apple QuickTime Player.
